Fry over medium heat grated carrot and chopped onion with extra virgin olive oil, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Then add ground turkey, tomato sauce, salt, and spices. Mix well. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and then add to the skillet. Mix well. Simmer another 3-5 minutes. Serve with greens. Optionally add Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!!!
