Ground Turkey Pasta

Ground turkey pasta with grated carrot, finely chopped onion, tomato sauce and chopped parsley.


  • carrot, grated 1 pcs.
  • onion, finely chopped 1 pcs.
  • extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • ground turkey (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • tomato sauce 3 tbsp.
  • salt and spices, to taste
  • pasta (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • parsley, chopped 3 tbsp.
  • Parmesan, to taste


  1. Fry over medium heat grated carrot and chopped onion with extra virgin olive oil, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Then add ground turkey, tomato sauce, salt, and spices. Mix well. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and then add to the skillet. Mix well. Simmer another 3-5 minutes. Serve with greens. Optionally add Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!!!
