German Schnitzel or Pork Cutlets

German Schnitzel or pork cutlets with breadcrumbs, pork chops, eggs, and flour.


  • pork tenderloin (or boneless pork chops 4 pcs.) 1 lb.
  • eggs, lightly beaten 1 pcs
  • breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • all-purpose flour 1 cup
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying 12 cup

Step 1
Repel the pieces of pork using tenderizer or knife (not sharp part). Season with salt, black pepper, and spices. Place the egg with one tbsp. of water, all-purpose flour and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls. Dip the pork chops into the all-purpose flour, then egg mixture and breadcrumbs.

Fry pork cutlets about 5-7 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy your meal!!!
