Egg Drop Soup

Egg drop soup with chicken broth.


  • chicken broth 3 cups
  • egg, slightly beaten 2 pcs.
  • cold water 1 cup
  • cornstarch 1 tbsp.
  • salt, to taste


  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add salt, cold water, cornstarch. Mix well. Add egg mixture slowly, stirring constantly. Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Enjoy your meal!!!
