Garlic Shrimp with Rice

Garlic butter shrimp with rice and vegetables for dinner.


  • rice 1 cup
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • butter 2 tbsp.
  • shrimp 1 cup
  • broccoli 12 cup
  • carrot 12 cup
  • salt and spices, to taste


  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in rice and salt and return to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes or according to the directions on the box.
  2. Rinse the shrimps with cold water. Let them drain in a colander. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic and shrimp. Cook the shrimp about 2 minutes or until turns pink, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Then remove shrimp and add vegetables.
  3. Stir-fry vegetables for approximately 3 minutes, then add cooked rice and shrimp. Stir-fry about 2-5 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!!!
