Chocolate Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Cottage cheese pancakes with cacao powder for breakfast.


  • cottage cheese (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • egg 1 pcs.
  • sugar, to taste 5 tbsp.
  • flour 3 tbsp.
  • cacao powder 1 tbsp.
  • oil for frying


  1. Combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, flour, cacao powder. Mix well. Fry pancakes on the lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Brown on both sides. Serve hot with jam, sour cream or ice-cream. Enjoy your meal!!!
