Smoked Salmon Sushi Rolls

Smoked salmon sushi rolls with cucumber and cream cheese.


  • nori seewed 2 pcs.
  • cooked rice 1 cup
  • smoked salmon (100 gram) 3 oz.
  • cucumber 1 pcs.
  • cream cheese 2 tbsp.

Step 1
Place one sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Add rice in the middle of the sheet nori. Press rice into a thin layer leaving a small margin on the far side of the sheet nori. Add smoked salmon, cucumber, cream cheese.

Roll the nori using the mat. Cut the roll in 6-8 pieces. Serve with wasabi, soy sauce, and ginger. Enjoy your meal!!!
