Turkey Meatballs with Semolina & Carrot

Meatballs with ground turkey, semolina and carrot.


  • onion, blended 1 pcs.
  • carrot, blended 1 pcs
  • ground turkey (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • semolina 2 tbsp.
  • egg 1 pcs.
  • minced garlic 1 clove
  • salt and spices, to taste
  • vegetable or olive oil for frying

Step 1
Blend onion and peeled carrot. Combine blended vegetables, ground turkey, semolina, egg, minced garlic, salt and spices. Mix well.

Fry over medium heat with vegetable oil on both sides about 5 minutes until golden brown.
