Homemade Peach Jam Recipe

Homemade peach jam for tea time and jam sandwiches.


  • peaches 1 lb.
  • sugar, to taste 1 cup


  1. Wash, peel, pit and chop peaches. Place all ingredients in a stainless pot. Add sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove and skim off foam. Boil for 25 minutes until the peaches are soft. Let cool and serve. Enjoy your meal!!!
