BBQ Rice with Green Beans and Corn

BBQ rice with green beans, carrot, peas and corn.


  • red pepper, chopped 1 pcs.
  • carrot, grated 12 cup
  • green beans, chopped 12 cup
  • canned or frozen corn 2 tbsp.
  • canned or frozen peas 2 tbsp.
  • cooked rice 2 cups
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
  • BBQ sauce 2 tbsp.


  1. Heat oil over medium heat. Add red bell peppers, grated carrot, green beans, corn, peas. Cover and simmer until softened about 10-15 minutes. Add cooked rice, BBQ sauce and then simmer another 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!
