Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Greek yogurt pancakes for breakfast. Serve with jam or sour cream.


  • all-purpose flour 1 12 cups
  • baking powder 2 tsp.
  • sugar, to taste 2 tbsp.
  • salt, to taste 12 tsp.
  • eggs 2 pcs.
  • Greek yogurt 1 cup
  • cream 34 cup
  • vanilla 1 tsp.
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp.


  1. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, eggs, greek yogurt, cream, vanilla, vegetable oil. Mix well. Heat the skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Place a tablespoon of batter on the skillet leaving some space between pancakes. Fry on both sides until golden. Serve with jam or sour cream. Enjoy your meal!!!
