Chicken Prunes Salad with Pineapples

Chicken salad with prunes, pineapples, and walnuts with mayonnaise.


  • chicken breast 1 pcs.
  • whites eggs 2 pcs.
  • canned pineapple, drained 12 can
  • mayonnaise, to taste 2 tbsp.
  • walnuts, crushed 12 cup
  • prunes, seedless and chopped 14 cup


  1. Boil chicken breast until cooked through about 15-20 minutes. Let it cool and then chop.
  2. Add chopped chicken breast to the salad bowl. Spread with mayonnaise. Add chopped egg whites and spread with mayonnaise again.
  3. Cover the salad with drained and chopped canned pineapple, prunes and crushed walnuts. Enjoy your meal!!!
